This is not about whether the decision to be there or to leave is the right one, that's someone elses podcast.
This is about the human issues and how it could be so wrong for those in such vulnerable positions.

- Competence?
- Bravery?
Or an oft repeated situation of good people not being a team and so bad decisions get left too long with blame being at the front of the queue.
